Where I used to work, there was a term called R&R. The company provides 5 days off for employees who have worked for 5 months apart from the annual holiday. This is known as R&R or rest and relaxation. The costs for this R&R are borne by the company such as airfare and hotels. Take this opportunity, so that you come back refreshed and become a productive employee. Do not be put off again.
Immediately consult a doctor or psychologist. Explain the causes of stress in the workplace so that doctors know how to provide solutions. Do not bury all the problems alone. Maybe you need someone who is an expert and trusted to convey the problems that happen to you.
3. Restore Your Mood
Remember what your purpose for joining this company was. This way to restore your mood and motivation.
Talk to co-workers or managers, if what it conveys is less clear. Ask questions if you really don’t understand. Do not be buried so that you don’t know what to do, causing prolonged stress.
5. Exercise and Rest Enough
Use your free time well. Get enough rest and do some exercises to make your mind calm again. People who lack of exercise are usually quickly affected by stress.
